Well those were certainly worth waiting for!! I agree with Netty - great timing getting that water droplet splashing into the puddle just at the right moment. :)

Nice pics. I to like the water droplet. I'd have to hang it on my wall.

Thanks, i'm quite proud of the droplet one :D I could probably crop it enough so the yellow of the crosswalk isn't in the picture and you can see it up a little closer, but i don't know how grainy that would make the picture itself. But thank you I am very happy you enjoy it!!

Totally agree with everyone: great pictures, and you can almost hear that water droplet splash! The duck at the end made me smile, it's almost as if she's standing there, looking back at you thinking "hey, are you done yet, because I've better things to do than pose for your picture". (or is this just my fantasy running a bit wild?:D)

I wonder what a duck makes of snow? I guess it may be quite cold on those feet of theirs (if they stand still). Thanks for sharing your photos Shawchert :stew2:

I think she was like, come any closer... and i'll fly away!! XD

as for how they take to the cold, you would be surprised. these ducks stuck it out through the -20 F weather... IN THE WATER!!!!!! they are crazy animals and are only here because people keep feeding them. Most of the ducks went south for the winter though, its just the idiots who stayed lmao.

I agree with everyone about the "drop". Very nice. And my other favorite is the duck.
    All are very nice!
