I posted a photo of a baby Pine tree that I found in my yard last fall but it's identity alluded everyone. Well looking out of the window from my computer/craft room it suddenly struck me that it's Momma has been staring me in the face the whole time. DUH!!

I want to upload the photos to the GSPlant page but need to know if anyone can prove that this is not the proper ID of this tree before I do.

I know I should be able to ask the neighbors but they don't speak English and besides the previous homeowner planted it and I don't know where he is.

Toni, I am not familiar with this, but looking in my N American Garden encyclopedia... this looks more like the pinus radiata (monterey pine) picture.
