OK, here in this thread I want a collection of Pizza pictures only!

Doesn't matter if you made it yourself, ordered it from somewhere - Or bought from a store and popped it in your microwave...

If it's a pizza, then it's picture needs to be posted here!

Thanks for that pic,,,now I know what I am having for breakfast ! I have tried the bought pizzas and they had no flavor ! I like them spicy ! But I have figured out how to make a pretty darn good pizza fairly easily ! For people with kids who may need snack items fast, easy and economical ! I use 2 flour tortillas, lay on baking sheet and brush bottom tortilla with water or olive oil, sprinkle finely grated mozzarella lay the second tortilla on top and sandwich the two together then sprinkle the top tortilla with cheese then add your own sauce, pepperoni or what ever you like ! I use pepperoni and put a little sauce over it then more cheese and bake at 350 for 15 minutes or til cheese is melted and bubbly ! I add crushed red pepper to the sauce and when done sprinkle with tabasco ! But thats just the way I like it ! As long as you have all the components in the fridge it just takes about 10 minutes to put it together and you can make as many as needed ! I use the soft fajita style tortilla which is about right for a personal size !

Mart, that's excellent! I will next try to make it like you do!

Here by the way are pictures of a stuffed crust pizza - Enjoy!!!

Yes I sprinkle chili powder over it, and of course - No pizza is complete without Tabasco sauce, (our taste and preferences really seem to match).

The tortilla pizza makes a thin crust with slightly crispy edges ! If I can remember to buy some string cheese I may try the stuffed crust using a larger tortilla ! Should be simple to just roll the outer edge !
Tabasco is a must have in my kitchen !
Have not tried chili powder ! May work on a Tex-Mex pizza with Jalapenos ! Another good thing is the tortilla pizza has fewer calories than regular !

I actually prefer pizzas made in a pan, (thick crust).

Yes, sometimes I do, most times I don't. Either because of laziness, (as the weather might be too hot), or not having the time to invest...

I make my own as I do not like to eat cardboard shop ones:eek:
Basic recipe very simple as I do it in the bread making machine..add the water and olive oil then cover with bread flour so no water is showing.Add to three of the corners, fast or easy rise dried yeast, salt, sugar Set the machine to dough setting, takes 45 minutes in mine then when finished take knock back the dough and cut into two portions, if using one straight away shape into a ball and roll out to the thickness of your choice. I use either tomato paste or sun dried paste over the pizza base and then layer with your favourite toppings that normally would include tomatoes grated cheese, I do not use mozzarella but I would think that is the usual cheese for a pizza.
we like Chorizo on the top or Palma ham which is cured...
Makes two 30 cm size average
    280ml of water
30ml of extra virgin olive oil
450 grams of Bread Flour..white or wholemeal half white half
    7.5 ml of salt
    2.5ml of sugar
5ml of easy blend dried yeast

I have a really good called the Complete Book of Bread and Bread Machines and half if Hand Making and the other half is for a Bread Making Machine. Written by Christine Ingram and Jennie Shapter, Published in London but clearly has American linked reader because through-out the book are American words in brackets..examples....Lard = Shortening..Caster Sugar = Superfine Sugar...Mixed Spice=Apple Spice...Icing Sugar = Confectioners ...

OK, I just got an idea! How about we use this recipe for sun dried tomato bread - As our dough... I wonder what the end result will be like?
