I thought I saw this topic before, but can't find it now. Can bulbs be planted and grown successfully in containers? I guess just stick them in the soil with the 'eye'(is that what it is called) up and follow directions on specific bulb regarding depth. Should the container be kept covered, in the sun, out of the sun, watered (I know ... I guess). Gosh you all have a mess of a gardner on your hands :-? HELP :!:

kuntrygal: this may or may not be the same thing Toni gave you but you can also go to wintersown.org
This also talks about container growing.

I plant them in containers all time and shade or sun depends on what kind of bulbs.
