Report abuse mail to moderators or forum admin. And they will instantly take care of it. Also expose out the perpetrators, as I'm curious why anyone over here would want send you hate mail? You are a new member here. And you haven't done anything to offend anyone, as far as I can see... This is a gardening forum for God's sake! So how can anyone even think about saying anything nasty to anyone over here??? Mind boggling, honestly... Anyhow, if there is an abusive trash talking member or members over here - Then it would be best that they be kicked out of here, (regardless of their seniority and number of posts). Therefore waste no time to report everything to the forum admin. Dear @Frank , really sorry to bother you with this. But this requires your attention. Before matters get out of hand. I too had a few times in the past noticed some backbiting about me too, (motivated by racial intolerance). But I ignored it, as I didn't want to rock the boat... However I suspect that this could be the same person, or a friend of that person, (or that same person now using another ID). Who for whatever reason, once wished to see me gone from here.
I can never understand why people send offensive messages to other contributors on message boards, it's rather cowardly. I've another pet dislike. As far as I'm concerned, people can post any opinion on any subject they like, I don't mind, why should I? But when someone can't pass an opinion on a subject without quoting another's post and denigrating their opinion, I consider that to be, "out of order.".
A person who is big hearted on the inside, thinks exactly like you Doghouse. Which actually is very common over here at the GardenStew. It's just a few handful small minded nincompoops, who think they know better. Or are entitled to some privilege because of their race. Such behavior never really gets anyone anywhere in modern times. But these good for nothing "highly stable geniuses" think they know better... I should actually be feeling very angry about it. But just watching them make a complete fool out of themselves, often makes me laugh instead. As the louder they scream, or the more hateful they act out - The more it is confirmed, that the sun is setting on their ways. Otherwise why would they be vomiting out so much hate??? So clearly, they are not happy with the way things are going.
Thanks Guys..I did press the report button after sending a copy of what was said to me to a very good friend. It was a new so called member with some out of order comments about me. Not racist but sexist. I would think their area would be shown via there IP address unless they are mobile somewhere It will be dealt with, I am confident of that....
I have reason to suspect that it's an old member, who no longer is active here, (after he left in disgust, as he couldn't get his way). But he still lurks around here, and often gets a major stomach ache - Whenever he sees that we are all getting along fine without him. Attacking new members seems to be his thing alright, (yes I can recognize a pattern over here). It's actually nothing but a classic obsessive compulsive disorder, which he is suffering from... So just like a spoiled child, (which actually is the limit of his mental capacity) - He kicks the table over, whenever losing a boardgame. The cyber equivalent of this, is making fake profiles to get back in here. Only to stir trouble, while using a proxy to hide his internet service provider. My suggestion is, everybody keep on having fun, and keep enjoying these forums, also keep making new friends over here - And he will automatically die his own death!
Lets hope 'your side' is now going someway to being solved... My daughter has to keep a full dossier on her neighbour now as initially there was a land dispute. Over the course of several years the neighbour has chosen to make false accusations against her, even lying to the local Police. Because my last home was a stones throw from hers, I knew the neighbour as an acquaintance way back then... Developed now somewhat into what seems her mental state is not as it was... The Police the Local authorities are all involved and understand her plight fully. Just time now....
I again say, keep enjoying the forums here. And keep making new friends. The more this nasty person sees us all having fun. The more it will burn him.
I would like to believe that actually..I do think it depends on the motives as well as the mentality of these individuals. What and why.....It is meant to hurt and disrupt and can be destructive as well...Not wanted not, not welcome and not necessary..delete.... so without a good team like Franks, we are not able to have this forum..times they are a changing good old Bob Dylan great song writer and so so singer in my opinion.. . see how easy it can be to move on to something else of interest this time...
You mean abusive emails from here ? This site ? Have not heard that before ! But Frank will take care of it I am sure ! Have no idea why anyone would do that ! People need to get a life and stop bothering us ! Everyone here is nice ! We love all our members !
