I took a cutting last year from the host plant. Since then it seems to have thrived in our living room, next to a south-facing window and now stands around three feet high with leave measuring about two inches in length (see photos attached).

I seem to remember (when I took the cutting), that I had been attracted to it due to the pretty, small purple flowers that were blooming on it at the time (late last Spring).

I appreciate it is now in the middle of Winter, but it has now grown to quite a size, enjoying a good drink every week and plenty of sunshine.

I hope it'll eventually flower and wonder when this might occur and more importantly what it might be called? I have a garden and could plant outside if it could tolerate Spring temperatures into Summer but am unsure if it should remain inside - I'd prefer to plant out, as it's quite a size!

Any advice would be greatly received.
