I think this would be a good place to post pics of waterfalls that we have visited. The first pic is one from a camping trip I did this weekend with the girlfriend. It was a 2 1/2 mile hike to it and once there a smaller hike up a very steep incline to get to it. The waterfall is coming out of a crack in a cliff hence the name Raven Cliff Falls, although I don't know where the Raven part in the name comes from. The pics after that are other waterfalls that I have visited. Enjoy and I hope to see everyone's pics.:-D

Wow Kildale that's an amazing photo. Do you know how high it is?

Eileen, I love yours. It looks like you could almost sit and slide all the way down it...almost. It's very beautiful though.

Beautiful, all of you! I have a number of pics of waterfalls but they are not digital so I'll have to get them scanned at some point. Jon -- what states are your falls in?

They are all in the North Georgia Mountains except for the Broxton Rocks one, that one is South Georgia.

I found some other pics. The first is another waterfall from High Shoals while it was raining. The other two are ones that I have already posted, but with more water running over them from the rain which makes them look more dramatic.

Lovely photos of water falls. Your photo of High Shoals is amazing FF, such power. This is one that I took through the coach window when travelling to visit a stately home. It was tumbling all the way down to road level in the Derbyshire Dales.
