    Hi all,

I was sending a few postcards back to friends earlier today (it's fun!), and I had an idea that maybe we could try.

    It would go like this:
    1) I would send a postcard to 3 Stew members who I know the addresses of.
    2) The 3 receiving members would then each send a postcard to 3 people that they know or fellow Stew members.
    3) On the postcards you would include your member name and a special web address here on the Stew.
    4) At the special web address you can post photos of the postcards you have received or simply say that you have received some. Whatever you want.

It could be interesting to see how far we can reach out. Also I think we could get creative and it would be a lot of fun.

What do you think? Maybe we could call it the Great GardenStew Postcard Swap or something like that.

Might be a problem getting snail mail addresses, but I guess we could do it through PMing.

That's what I thought also Capt. However if we only send to Stew members we have previously corresponded with by mail, it should work. Alternatively sending to friends who have never of the Stew but may like the community here could get them to join in.

Just for the record, no addresses would be made public here and I would encourage members to swap email addresses by PM and then send their address via email instead.

I wonder what strange postcards we can find from our respective countries. I actually think I will draw my own :)

Sure, I'll participate. I don't know anyone personally off the forum, at least I don't think that I do.

    Ok, so let's do this!

I'll post a clarification of how it will work very soon. One thing that will change from the original post is that we don't have to wait until we receive a postcard before we can send one. Just send them when we like :)

    Update coming very soon!
