Pretty Flowering Beans

I always grow scarlet runner beans. This year I went back to some of my favorite flowering green beans, Sunset and Painted Lady. Nothing like getting pretty flowers and veggies all in one.

The rain has been unkind to the garden and the beans are just beginning to flower.

 

Hmmmm... maybe I need to add some beans to my flower beds?
