Problems

    Hi This is Margie I just wanted to tell you all something , I ordered 2 daisy trees from direct gardening , Well they didn't send them. So I called Some of their numbers were disconnected. and custermer service said they didnt know what to do about it.Well I just wanted to kind of warn you all not to make the same mistake I did.

    How did you pay for them? You could call a credit card company and contest the payment if it was by credit card. If it was by check you can call the bank and cancel the check. I know credit card companies don't charge you to contest a payment if you don't get something you paid for. A bank might have a charge to cancel a check. Call and find out. They shouldn't get to keep your money if you don't get your plants. dooley

    I should have been more careful

    Thank you Dooley I did do that , I thought I told you all that but I didnt, But its still bad Ive been excited about getting them , And where I was going to put them, You know how that goes.But thank you for the help, I just wanted you all to be careful. They were cheaper than most that should have scared me right of, But I just thought it was a sale price,Oh well I learned a lesson, If you all know of any one that is honest I would still like to order some,

    Thanks for letting our members know about direct gardening Margie. I find it strange that their customer services weren't more helpful as they should have been able to give information about what is happening with the company. I hope you manage to get all your money back and find daisy trees elsewhere.
