Tomorrow, I will go over and get a picture of Glenda's pumpkins. They are growing quite well and are four or five inches tall. I think that Cheyenne planted them before she moved. I sure hope Glenda likes pumpkins because there are about two dozen of them. dooley

Dooley help yourself to at least half of those Laura.I think we left the pumpkins out there and the seeds are now sprouted and growing.

Sorry, Glenda! The pumpkins didn't survive the cold night. I looked around and nothing else seems to be wilting but the pumpkins have fallen over. Maybe the warm day will revive them. dooley

They are ground growers, maybe it's just time for them to lay down and spread? Hope they will be okay.

How cold was it? Did you have frost??

Pumpkins are frost tender. You might have to replant when this coldsnap is over.

We didn't have frost, it was just barely 40 degs at 7 am. I forgot to look at them this morning. I think there are some cannas that might have suffered a little, too. It's no big deal since we didn't plant them and they were growing in an awkward spot. We have seeds, we'll put them where we want them next time. dooley
