I just got my first flash drive, spent hours putting photo's in order of my preference, then checked it and sent to flash drive, put several folders on it, only to be shocked when I viewed them first of all they were different sizes some very small and most out of the order I put them in??? Why? also found out how to format, which removes everything, but can not figure out how to just erase what I want, one folder/file at a time. This just isn't making any sense to me...H E L P !!! Will be getting a new big screen LCD TV later this week had hoped to view photo's on big screen, but will they be big?? I can send pics. to my WMP and view full screen, so it can be done?

Wish I could send my niece to you. She's the one who showed me how to do photos to my blog. I know nothing about flashdrives. Hope someone can help and pass on the info to us.

Since I can't see what you are seeing, I will go blindly on this one and see if I can help with some of it.

Usually in order to delete something on the flash drive, you just open the flash drive on your computer, right click on the file/folder you want to delete, mouse your cursor down to "delete" and left click. It might ask you if you are sure you want to delete, it might just delete it.

Also normally when you send stuff to a flash drive, or any drive for that matter, it puts your folders first and then any files not in folders. It also puts everything in alpabetical order...so if you want stuff in a certain order, you will need to name your stuff in that order.

So for instance your photos that you had in a specific order, you would have to make sure they are named in a way the computer will put them in your order.

Say you have 20 pictures. You could name each one a1, b1, c1, etc. If you put a description of the picture as your name, they will usually put themselves in alpa order.

As to the size, I don't know if there is a whole lot you can do, since you usually download them onto your computer at a certain size and they usually stay that way.

I hope this helps a little bit. :stew1:
