I have a feeling that it's the Banana 'tree' (Musa acuminata 'Lacatan.') Although most people think of it as a fruit tree it is in fact a herb.

I suppose most of us think the Banana is a tree, well no, it does not qualify for a tree as the trunk is made up of dried leaves. A fruit, a berry, oh yah an herb....BIG herb....BIGGEST herb. Oh foo.....I have a banana story.....a true banana story......I have to figure where to tell it.....I guess not here :)

Banana Delly, the answer is a banana.

Where to tell the banana story........
