Today is a good day for a riddle!

'If you set it, the cats will eat it,
If you sow it, the cats don't know it.' What am I?

Nepeta cataria, a member of the mint family, effects most cats in some way. While growing, unless the leaves are bruised, the cats ignore it. According to some studies the smell acts like LSD or marijuana, but is non addictive as cats seem to ignore catnip after they have had enough.

Almost all of my cats ignore catnip, and rarely bother with it. Perhaps they have to be in the mood?
