I was brave enough to show my porch plants while it rains.. Suprise huh? Oxalis collection hen chick circle from panty hose dragon flower geranium petunia from seeds my mom's day plant from my son..geranium spidery Here is proof we had sunshine yesterday.. Unusual here..
Love the Oxalis. I have some that's doing quite well. Wish we could get some of your rain (just not on Saturday please!)
Thanks you can have this rain. Hubby mowed hay, It got rained on 2 times now. Send the cows to eat that off the field? b
Panty hose??? How, what, where? I love to recycle and those hen and chicks seem to be doing well. Coco liners are so expensive. Give us more info.
Start laughing. Cut the leg off panty hose. Stuffed it with potting soil, joined the ends. Lined an hanging basket with Pampers to keep the moisture in. Put a potted Hoya in the center to form the ring.(The basket did have the coconut liner or what ever it is , which is useless.. Does not retain water at all. Poke holes in that round an put the long roots of the hens an chickens in the holes. Keep it moist >lol Probably dis mantle it when fall comes. b
Your porch plants look very nice, B. The foto of the sky was a good one as well. I especially like the Petunias from seed. I think that I ought to try those. Do you recall it's name off the top of your head?
Sjoerd,, A lady gave me hers, she said mixed hanging baskets petunia. I still have some left. About 4 years old an germinated great. Thanks b
