It has been raining all day today. I came home from town at 8:30 this morning and it had started raining as I came in the driveway. It's been heavy at times and we were in a severe wether watch most of the afternoon. Had a funnel cloud about 80 miles east of us a while ago, but it was moving away from us. Probably about 3 inches of rain today.

We need a very long pipe from Ohio to Texas, Toni needs water. Hey Captain, you will not dry out till May or June at this rate. Ad we do not need funnel clouds. This has been a weird spring for weather.

I just went out to get the mail and the paper. I was concerned about the driveway wshing out. But it was ok. After this we are supposed to be dry until the end of the week. I live up on a hill so don't have to worry about the basement floodin, but the driveway is different.

Hey Captain, I'll take any extra rain you have! We got a bit this morning, but not enough to wet a worm's belly.
I hope you do dry out and can enjoy your beautiful garden and yard. We are still hoping, praying, and aching for rain here in Texas.

That water pipeline sure sounds nice. Can I ask for extension of it all the way down to SE Texas please?
Our "big expected rain" didn't amount to much. Happy to get what we got though. But the wind! oh my! Knocked out a transformer somewhere and was out of power for a couple of hours.

Here it got really dark and really windy and it poured rain all of five minutes. That was our big rain for April. I don't think we had a big rain in March. I'm between Toni and Cherylad so maybe I could get a little, too.
