Do you remember chanting this rhyme as a child? I remember standing at the window with my brothers and sister chanting it. More of it goes, "Rain, rain, go away. Come again another day. Little Johnny wants to play! There is more to it but I'm not a child now and haven't used it in a long time so don't remember it anymore. I don't really want the rain to go away anyway because we do need the moisture. But, I thought of it and decided to post it. dooley
Yes Dooley I do remember the song also. We use to sing--It's raining it's pouring the old man is snoring. He went to bed and bumped his head and didn't get up until morning. I for one have had way to much rain lately. It can go away for a few days. I can't get my decks finished. :-x
