    It reminds me of my Scabiosa Poppy.

    Yep I'd agree with Netty that it's a Scabiosa (probably Scabiosa atropurpurea.)

    I think I am going with Palustris and Knautia. It and the Scabiosa are in the same Family..Dipsacaceae, so they do look alike. But I have found a few photos of Knautia macedonia that are almost identical to your photo Poppy.
    Plus there is a photo here.....
