    Not an easy task, especially if you follow the repair kit instructions ! The kit had all new wooden pieces and new cord. Our windchime has the big tubes that sound like church bells. Took me an hour of reading the directions and another hour of following them. The directions would have been easier if they had been in Chinese. But I got it done and it works again. But I kept the old wooden pieces and will use them as a pattern to make new spares.

    Some of those printed instruction sheets are double Dutch to most folks. So glad you managed to figure them out and repair your windchimes.
