Resiliency at it's finest

I'm so happy to see these faithful hardy spring friends today.
Day Lilies are so tough.




This is the first time I've had daffodils come right out of the snow. I guess I'm not the only one who can't wait for the white stuff to melt this year.

 

It’s a great feeling, isn’t it.
Those plants are tough and can’t wait to get going.

Isn't nature amazing! I'm very glad the early ones have built-in frost protection or our borders would be a sorry sight when the snow melts (again) in a couple of days' time.
