RIP Gale Storm.

Gale Storm of "My Little Margie" and the Gale Storm Show in the 1950's has died at age 87.

 

I remember her and used to watch the shows. I heard about this on the news, but only one time.

Since June 3rd there have been 6 deaths out of Hollywood. Starting with David Carradine, Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett, Michael Jackson, Fred Travelena and Gale Storm. They say they come in 3's. But this is 3 x 2!

 

I only remember her in a film with Audie Murphy.

 

Her TV career ended in 1960 with the Gale Storm Show. She did do several movies after that.She did 3 or 4 B movies and 3 or 4 A movies too. I didn't remember any of the movies, but I did watch her tv shows.

 

Also 'Billy May' that did those infomercials on Oxiclean.

I wonder if this is showing our age, remembering these Hollywood greats fondly. I watched those shows live before they had tapes and instant replays. dooley

 

I never heard anything of her passing? I guess Michael Jackson takes top billing for a while...Thank you for the information.
