I have some tall & beautiful Roebelenii Palm Trees in my front yard that are growing a lot fungus/algae (bluish-green) on the trunks. Anything I can buy to safely kill the fungus/algae? Thanks, Scotty13 In S. Florida
I see you have posted this question about all over the internet. I also found Liquid Copper Fungicide by Southern Ag for a remedy. It may not be legal in some states and may not be good for our environment but sometimes that's what we have to do. Now, as I read more stuff you should make sure you don't have a simple case of lichen. I have always been told they are not harmful. I also think they are beautiful. Whatever you do it should be done quickly as some of these things will kill your palm. I noticed you posted in April. Please tell us what the outcome is?
