Hi. I have a Ronald Reagan Rose bush, it was doing fine and then all of a sudden it was covered in little brown spots, all over! Finally all the leaves fell off and now its just stems! Is it dead or will it come back next year? :'( I also have two other rose bushes near this one that are doing fine. They were 2 feet tall when I got them and now are 6 foot tall. Should I cut them lower for the winter? Thank you for any help.
