Since yesterday was without rain for a change, I photographed a couple of mountains. Plenty of snow already: The wide view is lovely too:
I was going to bring my camera on my midday ride today, but forgot. If I remember to bring it next time I'm going up, I'll give you more, toni.
Thank you, looking forward to them any time you can. I am trying my hardest to think of some place, any place, around here that is pretty enough to share. I know other eyes will see beauty where mine see ordinary and boring, but I do live in the middle of a large urban area where our scenery comes in the form of constructed parks. Anyway, next time we go either my Mom's or Randy's folks I will be sure to have the camera to catch some of the countryside.
I love mountains. Dan says Norway has the most beautiful ones. He took his bike and rode in some of them when his ship stopped there. dooley
Thank you all. I prefer countryside photos myself, but urban ones are sometimes very exciting too. As long as it's not my own urban neighborhood of course.
Is this the view from where you live Droopy or did you have to travel a bit for these shots? If this is your view then I am insanely jealous.
I had to travel for about three minutes, Frank. My own view of the same mountains get distorted by a power line. I only notice it on photos though. As long as the weather is clear(ish), mountain views are abundant around here. Besides, they rarely look the same from day to day, depending on light, snow, rain etc.
