Where is the recipe? I think there is a rule here that states you are not allowed to post "screen licker" shots without the recipe attached.
Oh boy that's looks soooo good!! Where's the White chocolate and raspberry cheese cake though? If I'm going stick my face onto my monitor and drool all over my keyboard I need to see the whole meal.
On reward days we eat out, that is an OliveG photo. We wouldn't want good tasting fat or sodium in the house would we. That's why I posted here instead of the Recipe thread.
Wow! what a bummer, but now that we know where it came from maybe one of us can re-invent the recipe or find a knock off one... it sure looks yummy!
This is from Olive Garden's web page. Alfredo Sauce Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Serving Size: 4812 Ingredients 1 1/2 cup milk 1 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup imported Parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 cup imported Romano cheese, grated 6 egg yolks from fresh jumbo eggs Salt and black pepper to taste Procedures •HEAT milk and cream in a heavy bottom saucepan until it begins to simmer. Turn off heat. Slowly whip in cheese, then remove from heat. •PLACE egg yolks in a separate bowl and slowly whip in a portion of the hot milk and cream mixture. Slowly add egg yolk mixture back into remaining cream mixture. Place back on very low heat and continually stir until simmering. Take sauce off heat so it thickens. (This will increase temperature of egg yolks, known as tempering). •SEASON to taste with salt and black pepper. Serve over your favorite pasta. Replace the chicken with seafood. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WL3u8p2u_NA
