Just to say, that in the last few days, I have noticed 5 potato plants sprouting in my garden, this is not normal. We have not been having too much frost recently. This normally means that we will probably have late frosts.
What is the winter temperature normally in the Pyrenees ? We have had a few days of really cold but lately its been pretty warm for dead of winter. Of course its Texas and you can`t tell what the weather is going to do day to day.
I have crossed the Pyrenees many times going back and forth to Spain. Do you know--I have never crossed them when there wasn't snow somewhere on the peaks...even in July ! I tell you Odi--that area is one of the most beautiful and charming areras on the globe. I can fully understand why you live there.
