Seed bell today.

    I just finished this seed bell and hung it up just outside the window. I came in and the chickadee was already on it. When it left I opened the window and in less than a minute had taken these pictures. They are only 2 or 3 feet away.

    I'm wondering did you make the seed bell yourself Kildale? It seems like something you would be good at making.

    I did make it and I photographed the way I did it for anyone interested in trying it out. Feeder Bell Thank you for the posts.

    Ahhh that reminds me I must get my finger out and start making fat ball and cakes before the birds take the huff and move elsewhere.

    What a great tutorial, Kildale. Thanks for sharing. I can't believe the cost to feed birds and any way to make it more economical is welcome. These would make great gifts, too.
