    Beautiful photos of gorgeous Orchids!!! The lecture is one thing but the eye of the photographer has a lot to do with how the shots come out and you have done very well.

    Wow,surrounded by such lovely orchids :D .

    To make your beautiful flowers stand out even more I'd suggest that you get hold of a piece of black craft board or thick black paper and stand it behind the plants when you take your shots. That way you'll also remove the stuff in the background which can be distracting.

    Thanks Karin,I have cardboard for background & have been wondering what color would be good.I will find something black.Maybe piece of fabric?

    Matt Fabric will do fine-the only thing to remember is to keep it dust/hair free(or perhaps that's just my problem from having 2 very white,very long-haired dogs ;) )

    Haha Karin,Keeping anything free of pet hair is a feat.I set an orchid on a chair to take a picture & Kitty jumped up beside it like she was posing.

    :D Perhaps she would find a piece of card less appealing during your photo shoots or perhaps not...

    Very good pictures.And lovely orchids.I could vacuum 24-7 and still have pet hair.I carry a fuller-brush lint all the time. And static guard .
