SFG Accesory for Old Farts

    Certain limitations are creeping in due to age. I can kneel on something soft but getting back up can be a problem. I made a kneeling pad to slip on the edge of my SFGs. The handles for getting back up are from a recycled lawn mower handle and I don’t know what the grips were on.

    With one knee complaining I could use one of those. The doctors advice was to quit weeding. I am changing insurance plans and doctors. Didn't like his solution.

    Im guessing it stands for Square Foot Garden :) Ive read about those, seem interesting.
    Ive seen kneeling stools, but not ones that attach to a raised bed, thats neat.

    TB is correct. Mel Bartholomew claims to be the originator of Square foot gardening but I remember a program on PBS that was very similar. You can do a Google search to see the concept.
