Well the days are getting shorter and we're starting to rely on color and texture in the garden. Castor beans beautiful but deadly pods. Beautyberry always lives up to her name. Forty species of birds eat these. Mr. Bluebird likes a few. The fields are asleep now waiting for spring.
Gorgeous silhouette shot Bethie. You caught the bluebird in a reflective moment. Wonder what he was thinking? Thanks for your photos as always Bethie.
Oh I hope my beauty berry bush grows to look as good as your Bethie!!! The caster beans look so innocent and beautiful you'd hardly believe they were so toxic.
I love the beautyberry. I have them in several places. One is really large and the moonvine grew up it.
Now I want to add beautyberry to my garden too - gorgeous color. I love the way you frame your photos, you have a wonderful artistic sense.
