Does it have multiple stems coming from the ground or one trunk? How large are the buds and the whole plant? I'm thinking it is a rose of some sort, could be a pink Fairy Rose if the plant is less than 3 feet tall and wide. Sometimes having more detail about the plant and a picture of the whole plant makes IDing it easier.
I thought it looked like a fruit tree too Droopy, but I'm hungry too Apple? My apple blooms start out pink and open white.
