    Officially, spring is less than 3 weeks away.. Do you have any signs of spring yet in your yard ?

    I have some daffodils blooming, and the rest are getting ready to bloom. Most of my bulbs are up and going. The red flowering quinces are putting out buds. In a few weeks, my yard will look like this:

    [Sorry, I had to post a link to it instead. I shrank the picture to less than 1/2 the limit and it still won't load. But my no good phone company has been messing with my lines so I cannot get the 3 mbps that I am supposed to be getting, instead I am only getting 1.5 mbps speed. And they are NOT my ISP. My ISP tech went round and round with them for over an hour. They get hateful with phone customers who use a different ISP...At least my ISP reduced my monthly bill until I can get my speed back.]

    I kept getting this stupid error message. I have no idea what it means: {"succeed".true,error",","image_id",42878}

    That link goes to a page that says you have either moved or deleted the image.

    That appears to be an oops again, I get the home page for photobucket but not your page.

    What kind of problem are you having uploading photos to GardenStew?

    They just keep on saying the picture is loading for several hours. And I get a page claiming there is some kind of "error".

    Usually that happens to me when I forget to size the photo :rolleyes: As long as the width is not more than 500 pixels it will load pretty quickly. Do you have DSL, dial-up, Cable or something else?

    I resized the picture to much smaller than the limit.

    I am supposed to have high speed with 3 mbps high speed internet. My no good phone company has done something to the machinery on my line, so I only get 1.5 mbps at the moment. I had a bad time with them this week. They are not my ISP, and they get all bent out of shape because I have someone else for my ISP, so they cut my speed just to be nasty. The techs at my ISP argued with them for well over an hour to put my speed back where it is supposed to be. My ISP gave me a discount until we can get the phone company to play nice. They are the only landline service in my area, so I am stuck with the bums. They have been nothing but trouble since they moved in here.

    I was browsing on photobucket to see what the problem is/was. I am not sure, but I set my privacy settings so anyone can view my pictures. Hopefully, that helps things out so you can see what my orchard will look like in a couple of weeks.

    My purple crocuses are blooming again. I had a flock of robins this morning looking for worms in my yard. And it is supposed to get into the 50s and 60s for a few days. I have a bunch of taters sprouting all over the place, so I hope I can get the ground dug and get them planted. March is tater planting time here.

    ps, I just tried the link from above and it works! Yay. Apparently, I had not bothered with those settings.

    Geez guys, I have the Spring FEVER!!! I do not have anything up yet, and if it was at all, it's buried under snow at the moment... Looking for warmer temps here in the next few days, and perhaps I'll be able to see something. Maybe a Daffodil or Crocus sprouting, little bitty Daylily leaves, swelling Forsythia branches??
    Thank goodness for Garden Stew so I can see all your signs of spring now.!!

    Hi Kay,

    Those bushes are not quite in bloom just yet, but most likely by the end of March, they will be. I have daffodils, a boughten pot of tulips, and some crocuses blooming so far.

    Nightowl, Very, very pretty nevertheless! Something to look forward to eh? I will have Forsythia, Lilacs, Rhododendrons, and a new Azalea for my earliest blooms. We planted the Fireball Azalea last year and put some of Missy dog's ashes in the planting hole. Can't wait!
    Snow is melting today at a rapid rate!!!
