We have three white lawn chairs in the front yard. They are metal with plastic strips for the seats. They don't stay clean at all. So, I decided to paint the legs and arms white again and make slip covers for the seat and back. I took a before picture and will take an after picture and post them when I'm done. (If I can figure out how to size the pictures). I'm working on that now that I have the camera working. The material is a denim plaid, a tan with blue and yellow stripes. I'm going to move the blue rocker to the front yard and if there is enough material left I'll make a cushion to match the slip covers. I have some big logs that I'm using for tables next to the chairs and have the bleeding hearts in between some of the chairs. It will make a nice grouping under the trees. dooley
I hope you're a quick learner Dooley and get those pics resized for us. I'm really looking forward to seeing photographs of your furniture covers - they sound great. Erm...if you could take some shots of the house, garden, Chance, DR and anything else you think we'll like then feel free!!
Dooley, now that you have given a vivid description of the slipcovers you have created an audience. We can just sit in the chairs till the pictures are ready. Jerry
