    So that is what I have to look forward to. Replanted raspberries this spring for the first time in years. Patience is needed now, but it is fun to see others fresh produce. Guess I'll have to stop at the berry stand. It is opened now. :-D

    I think I will add some raspberries to my berries patch.... they sure look good.

    Thanks Jewell an daisybeans.

    Someone told me they took canes off their wild blackberries an stuck them in the ground an they rooted. Didnt know that was possible.

    Yes Barb blackberries root readily if you stick young shoots in the ground. All you have to do is water them in and leave them to it. :-D

    We did eat some on white cake with whip creme.

    Rest I froze for winter use , pies or jam. Just get them out an they are good as fresh.
    Cannin is pricey cause the lids an jars an electric.

    I like to save.

    Raspberries are the same Babrb and root easily in the garden. I started four new canes this year and all are doing well.
