Finally, some snow here. It doesn't happen often so we enjoy it. Schools out today and tomorrow. We are fat with food and heat and blissfully lazy. May get several more inches today. If so, we'll go out with our pocket microscope and look at individual flakes. Fascinating!
Bethie I'm just imagining your already beautiful garden covered in this stuff. That must be amazing to see.
Nice shot Bethie. That kind of snow is really pretty. We had snow squalls yesterday that dumped another 6-8 inches on us. THAT kind of snow is NOT pretty!
What a lovely picture it makes. That looks like the kind of snow that you can hear when it falls, the sort that squeaks softly underfoot. I'm so glad that you all are enjoying it.
What a beautiful shot of your snow Bethie!!! I go looking for individual snowflakes too, trying to prove the scientists wrong, but have never found two the same yet. I also like to look for animal tracks in the snow.
Pretty pretty postcard pretty. Very jealous indeed. We had a couple of millimeters that melted as quickly as it settled. Lovely.
