I just read the weather forecast for the midwest and central Atlantic states. It seems that snow or heavy rains are forecast, and a Pennsylvania weather forecaster is suing Puxatawney Phil for fraud (the prognosticating groundhog predicted an early spring).
I do sincerely hope all our members in those areas escape the worst of the storm and stay safe.

Only one degree here but the wind chill makes it feel much colder. More snow predicted once again. :(

Ive heard we're supposed to get 8-10" dumped on us. The bf isnt thrilled, he delivers the paper up north of Noblesville, out in the "sticks" (haha) and hes worried about getting stuck. And Im not thrilled about having to drive to and from work in it :/ Noblesville folks drive like maniacs, even in snow

I saw a video about poor Punxatawny Phil and it says that weather creep is wanting the 'death penatly' for him.:( Poor baby. Anybody can make a mistake. I think he should get a pardon and clemency.

So glad that this last storm missed us. But so sorry for those who where in it's path.
Phil was way off this spring. I can understand how that guy is feeling.
We read in the news paper this weekend that a senator or congressmen wants to remove the woodchuck from the endangered species list here in Wisconsin. I didn't even know it was on that list. He wants them removed so you can hunt them. I think he has an ulterior motive.
