DSCN7152.JPG DSCN7166-001.JPG DSCN7172.JPG DSCN7173-002.JPG Well over the weekend we received over 20 inches of snow and winds blowing at over 20 miles an hour. Yuck! This was a bad late April fools joke. I think that Fox squirrel would like to come in where it's warm. We are so thankful to have a self-propelled snow blower. Our driveway is at least 150 ft. long and had drifted solid up to 32 inches across the back part in front of our garage. Snow shovel shows some of the depth.

Yup that was a ton of snow. We have had reports of roofs collapsing because of the weight of all that snow. One was a apt. parking garage that fell on several cars. YIKES, bad enough to have to shovel your car out of all this snow. But then have it crushed and removed with a wrecker.
Crazy weather--by this Sunday it will be 59 degrees and warmer during the next week. Some people are now concerned with flooding. Oh boy, glad we live on a hill.

We had snow here. It covered some of the daffodil buds. :smt085:smt089:smt085:smt089:smt085:smt089

We are supposed to get 4 to 6 inches more snow tonight. But, then it will be 61 or more on Sunday. There are huge piles of snow every where you look but they do have the streets cleared. I read that snowplows drivers worked 12 hour shifts on the weekend and are still working some overtime to clear things. The Packers start their preseason practices and stuff this coming week and the field is full of snow. Yuck! dooley

Dooley I so agree. That is spring in Wis. I believe the 60 degrees we are suppose to get on Sunday when I see it. We seems we are going from winter to summer in just a week. o_O

Our weather seems to need some hormone meds! Warm, then freezing ,and she can't make her (his) mind! A couple days of sweater weather and then time to pull out the long john's again! Snow, thaw, snow again. At least it gives us a little break from clearing snow. :headscratch::shrug:

It was 57 degrees here today on on thermometer and is going to be in the 50's now through at least Monday. We didn't get the snow last night. It all went south of us. Ours began melting today and there are water puddles all over. We went out for a ride this afternoon. No where in particular, just riding around with the windows down on the car. Haven't done that in months. dooley

It was 57 today and sunny. I only wore my spring jacket, not my winter coat. It will be in the 60's tomorrow. I think the weather decided it might be spring. The snow is melting but there are still huge piles from the snow we had on Sunday and Monday. dooley
