Found this lonely little snowball blossom on my snowball bush, surounded by beautiful fall foliage!

It's lovely with that red background. :D

I envy you. If the forecast is anything to go by, we'll be making real snowballs this evening.

I wonder if any of the Stewbies would like our wet and cold weather.

Lovely flower...and with the red of the leaves it looks really smart.

What a beauty. As the others have said the flowers look lovely against the red foliage. :stew2:

That's just plain old fashioned drop dead gorgeous!
I was happy to see that you were talking about a plant and not a real snow ball! :-D

The title of your post scared me for a minute! I'm glad it's a bloom ... and such a pretty one too :)

That bloom is so pretty with the red foliage!
    I love it!
Last week I was treated to a rare sight, an Iris bloom in a garden I was putting "to bed" for the season. At first, I could not believe what I was seeing! It has been so lovely and warm here lately and I guess the Iris just needed to give another show! There were two more buds on the plant. Cool
