We just got 4 or 5 inches of new snow, not as much as some of our neighbors, 17 in the Twin Cities. The strong winds the following day made for some nice pictures. Looks like I'll need to get out there and shovel some. ( photo / image / picture from Calomaar's Garden ) ( photo / image / picture from Calomaar's Garden )
Beautiful Tom, I have missed your winter photos. Now we need to see the view from the window where your computer is.
I like your pictures but I am sure glad that I am not there with you. I had enough snow shoveling during the time I lived in the Midwest, particularly Wisconsin. dooley
Bbbrrr, plenty of white stuff there. Very beautiful and untouched. As soon as we get any snow, the kids trash it! Glad to see the birdies tucking in to some lunch.
Well Calomar--this snow is really looking serious there. I must say that I find your computering place ideal. So very nice. BTW--it's good to heqar from you again. Don't stay away so long next time.
Your snow looks so fresh and clean compared to what we have now. There are giant mounds of the stuff here that's been snow ploughed and is now all grey and mucky. Much more is predicted for us on Thursday.
I'm one of your fans too -- love seeing the beautiful place where you live in every season, but Winter is especially beautiful. I hope you and Mimi are well and enjoy your family this Christmas.
