So many butterflys...

    I had a very nice Labor day weekend. I can't remember seeing so many different types of them in such a short time.

    The first two are the Black Swallowtail

    Here is the Crescent ...he is one of the smallest

    Here is the Monarch, he was getting a drink from the grass because I was watering the lawn

    and then the Eastern Tiger swallowtail which I posted on its own because of all my pictures...

    Those are great pictures Sherry .I do love the graceful butterflies of any kind.

    I have a Butterfly Bush that the Eastern Swallowtails just love. It has been covered in them all summer. I love to sit on the porch and watch them. Your photos are great.

    :-x and my camera's so sick, could've sent you a Monarch Catapillar.

    That yellow one on the bottom is gorgeous, when we were kids we named them yellow swallowtails,some of the names we came up with were real. They've always been one of my favorites.
