hmmm, so what happens to those who are born on the 29th day of leapyear. Maybe they have to have their b-day on the 28th day on all the rest of the years. Is there anyone out there with a 29th B-day of leap year?

Petunia, the ones I know generally celebrate on the 28th the other three years. I like leap year. I proposed to my husband on a leap year day. Couldn't wait for him, he's too slow. :D
