.... well it isn't here in Scotland. I thought spring had sprung at long last but now it's snowing again and everything is covered in white. It's still coming down and I can hardly see my snowdrops and crocus's any more. :(

In comparison, it's warm here but I'm sitting here bundled up like it mid winter. I'm always cold but....I know spring will come and stay in about 17 days now. We'll call it spring anyway. I hope your snow melts very quickly, Eileen and you flowers pop back. dooley

Spring is just a bit shy. Soon it will be bold enough to chase winter away (for the year at least).

    That's not snow, that's just a heavy, white-coloured spring drizzle Eileen :)

I hope your snow is short lived Eileen. Everyone is so eager for spring...myself included. I know we will probably get more snow here before spring really arrives.

I cant believe this weather! Here in memphis, TN it has been warm for the past weeks and just 2 days ago it snowed 9 inches! It hasn't snowed all winter, then in march 9 inches in Memphis.. what in the world?

It's probably just the lambing snow, will disappear in a jiffy. I'm guessing we'll have more snow too, both in March and April. We usually do.

Yeah...I know what you mean, Eileen. It isn't snowing here but the ground is still too wet to work and it's too cold to plant any seeds oustide here.
I heard that it might freeze here tonight :-?
Normally I don't get too impatient with the seasoins...but this year the way the spring is hesitating to actually begin is beginning to irritate me a bit. hahahaha.

The snow all began to melt yesterday but then we had a severe frost last night. Now it's snowing again and it's, shall we say, rather chilly!! I sooooo want to get back out into the garden but it looks as though it's going to be a while yet. :(

Glad to report that it isn't snowing here in Essex. However it has been damp and at the weekend we had such high winds and driving rain it found every little hole in the conservatory roof! But today was gorgeous, a nippy wind, but blue sky and sunshine....unlike my poor old grandad and nan in Devon. Snowed in!!
