Hi Everyone! Here's something that was given by a friend and no one knows what this plant is. There are two different plants here:

    1) Circular leaf weed plant?

    2) Soft (almost)leafless branch plant, which oozes a white sap upon breaking it.

Thanks for reading and have a great day.

The round leaf one looks to me like pennywort(Hydrocotyle), which is a perennial weed.

Thanks for the replies. carolyn keiper I believe the pennywort is correct. However I am more interested in IDing the (almost) leafless soft branch plant.

The Pencil Plant has a white sap that can cause skin irritation so be careful if you repot it. You can also break off sections and root them for more plants.

Thanks Toni, I believe the Pencil Plant is correct. By the way does this plant has any medical value?

No, the milky sap is a form of latex and is deadly if ingested. If your skin is extremely sensitive the sap will cause burns.

I had a large plant many years ago when I lived in south Florida. In the process of transplanting it one of the stems broke and spread the sap across my cheek, it caused some very painful blisters.
