    Some we use for cooking others are for the bees,hover flies and butterflies.

    The birds 'planted' some wild ones of those in my garden. They can be rather invasive but I want to keep them. I think I'll pot them up so that I can appreciate them without having to worry that they'll spread all over the place.

    Very nice pics.
    I looked at then for a long time.
    The thing that I like about most herbs is that not only can you eat them, but they are often nice to look at and smell. Insects like them as well--herbs are all-round winners, I find.

    Thanks for all your comments. I love my herbs and there always seems to be something to use/admire.Even better is when the insects love them too.
