Found some in with the few pictures I have left, I didn't have the prints of them so took pictures of them with the digital camera..... Did that by holding it up to the sunlit polythene of the greenhouse but normal people use a lightbox Then I played around with windows paint until I found an "invert colour" option.... That turned out to be my mate Mark from years back Other pics were a bit more interesting, the Weald and Downland museum where I spent part of my college course After playing about with the photo editor a bit more I found the pics sharpened up a bit more when turned into black and white, I couldn't compensate for the blue tinge.
Ta All the buildings are rescued. For various reasons they had to be moved from their original locations. They were carefully taken apart and then put back together at the museum The site covers several acres of chalk downland, it's like a village now. If you ever watched "The Tenth Kingdom" you'll have seen some of the houses.
Zigs, when we lived in upstate New York, there was a nearby restored village--Genesee Country Museum, that was a collection of buildings from the 18th to mid-19th century that had been rescued, moved, and restored.. We visited often and got ideas on how to restore the 1870 home we had bought. Gosh, I loved that place!
I just had a look at that @marlingardener They film a TV series called the repair shop at our museum, https://www.wealddown.co.uk/the-repair-shop/ I went round the barn it's filmed in long before they were filming as part of my college course. The buildings still have old ritual protection signs carved in them to protect against evil spirits
There is at least one app in the app store for changing negatives to prints. I did not yet try it, but have it on my phone. Maybe that would be helpful? I have some old negatives I would like prints of also, just have not gotten around to trying it out yet.
