Just been wandering around the garden and was amazed at the amount of colour I discovered. Here are a few examples.
    018.JPG Magnolia stellata
    019.JPG
    021.JPG Camelia
    022.JPG Euphorbia
    023.JPG Primrose
    024.JPG Heather
    028.JPG Violet
029.JPG Forgotten name of this one?
    030.JPG Aubretia
032.JPG A few of my hyacinths
034.JPG The pansies are a little rain damaged

For the first couple of years I kept my fresias in the greenhouse over winter and they didn't produce any flowers. Last winter and this winter I have left them standing in a sheltered space outside and look at the result, plenty of buds! Last spring had lovely yellow flowers. It seems the more neglect the more they reward you.

Sorry, a couple of the photos have gone out of line and I am not quite sure how to correct them! Probably because I have been greedy and posted too many;)

Thanks for the walk around your gardens. Sure looks like spring has arrived at your house. You have a very nice selection of spring bloomers.

Wow, Spring is being very good to you. Such gorgeous blooms. If that photo is of "some" of your Hyacinths where are photos of the others? I planted them for the first time last fall and had some really pretty blooms early last month, just might have to get more for next year.

I've sorted your photographs for you Pat - hope they're OK now.
My Star of Bethlehem are just beginning to produce buds but there's no sign of my hyacinths, violets, freesia or pansies yet.
My Magnolia is producing lots of buds but they won't open for a while yet. My Scillia are flowering though as are my polyanthus and daffodils.
We're usually about three weeks behind England so spring will be travelling north and reaching us soon.

Wow, that's a lot of beautiful flowers and they are so nice to see. Is that a bee I see on one of the daffodils? Or perhaps it is a narcissus?

Magnificent! Donna also has a Magnolia Stellata in Virginia. It's such a lovely shrub I may have to see if I can get one and put it in our garden.
Thank you for the stroll through your spring garden!

Thanks for the nice comments everyone and thank you Eileen for sorting out the photos for me. Maybe as I had so many I should have put them as thumbnails instead of full size? That is a bee 2ofus, I have seen quite a few already this year. Marlin, the magnolia was a large shrub but I had to cut a lot off as it was encroaching on our drive but it looks quite good as a small tree I think, just hope we don't get a late frost to ruin the flowers. Ginny, the camelia has been in our garden since we moved here in 1992 and has got bigger and bigger each year, the flowers are really large it looks lovely in full bloom. Toni, I will put a few more photos of hyacinths, have some very large blue blooms but unfortunately they have been knocked over by the high winds we have had recently.

Lovely photos Gardengirl! Definitely a sight for sore eyes! Your spring is way ahead of mine! You hyacinths are beautiful & I love your star magnolia. It looks just fine cut back.

I have seen Star Magnolia that are very large. We bought one for my daughter, she loved it at the garden center. It's still small and blooms allot every year. Actually, that's one that I cut, bring in and force bloom every year in January and February. Everything in your garden looks great. Thanks for showing them off. We all love it here.
