That is an 8 inch tc flower pot next to him.
Nice view of the mountains Wrennie. Looks like beautiful country. I just love that Strawberry Candy Daylily! I'll definitely be looking for more daylily's this year. Your photos certainly cheered me up!
I switched out the strawberry candy one, it looked blurry to me. Should I put it back?? Oh why not, heres a closer (although blurrier) up of it. The one i call TC (terra cotta) colored Poppies at my mailbox Lovage 'bloom'
I love Bee Balm and have the same red and purple ones. I haven't had a problem keeping them in their bounds and the Hummers love it. That is a really nice colorful shot Wrennie. The mail carrier must love stopping at your mailbox!
Lovely show of colours, thank you! I also love bumble bees. I use the bee-balm leaves for teas, it adds a delightful flavour.
wOW WRENNIE....... WRENNIE your above us and we have only dust of snow here. Very unusual for the zone 5 area...... Love the flowers , you must be a good landscaper. b
Thank you sooo much for posting those wonderful photographs Wrennie. I really needed to see some flowrs as I'm having severe withdrawal symptoms here in Scotland at the moment. I love your toad!!!!!
Beautiful pics...I want spring so-------------bad. This does help. I always scan through my photo albums when I get tired of looking at the snow...Your blackberry lily looks like our candy lily here. Mine got so large last season. ,Candy Lily
What wonderful flowers Wrennie, thanks for brightening my day. It is dreary out and getting colder. You have a great talent, not only in the garden, but with the camera also.
OH Wrennie! You certainly know the right "medicine" to make me feel better!! I have been absolutely miserable the for the past week, having caught some hideous bug at Christmas. Your gorgeous garden photos have made me feel that life just might be worth living, after all.
Great pics. I loved the monarda planting...all plants looked great together in that border. We have a lot of hummingbirds here in the summer, and that's one of their favorites in my garden, other than the feeder I have out for them.
Wow Sherry that candy lily is very imilar. I googled thinking they might be related, but they arent. Except for the lily part. Is it a tiny bloom? The Blackberry is maybe 2 inches, 5 cm, across. Oh no Zuzu!! I hope you feel better quickly! I know someone with pink monarda in her garden. I must beg a piece from her. My monardas are covered in bees, hummingbirds, hummingbird moths, and butterflies (a few) all summer. Here is that flower bed in early spring: And spring blooming trees plum: apple:
