Gorgeous pics. You are a good month ahead of us here in Essex. The Dicentra is one of my faves. I used to have a white one, but lost it. :( And I have forget me nots everywhere. Lovely shots.

My cowslips haven't even pushed through the soil yet never mind flowered!! It will be a while yet before I see my dicentra too - as for blossom on trees - well I'm still waiting.

I've been watching at the nurseries for some bleeding hearts but no one has any yet... too early. Spring flowers look so delicate and sweet.

Hi Mary Ann. The bleeding heart is really coming out now, the Dafs and tulips are still out and there is a white trillium flowering also. That is the only flower that is protected by law in BC, there is a shrub and a tree, but it is the only thing that I call a flower.

Oooh, lovely! If you can hear dripping sounds it's just me drooling. :D

We won't see bleeding hearts for two months at least, so I'm glad you share yours.

Thank you for the messages. Here are a few more from yesterday. The pasque flower is just showing a biy of colour. The flowering red currant has been out for a week or more.

Oooh! I wonder when I'll be able to cuddle our pasque flowers. *sigh* That photo of yours makes me yearn for their buds.
