A pretty scene as long as you are warm and safe. When I lived in southern New Mexico it snowed one evening. The next morning, with one inch of snow on the ground, early commuters were sliding off the roads and highways, officials closed schools. Local businesses were asked not to open and for people to stay home till it was considered safe. Judging by the number of traffic accidents it was a good call. Later in the morning I ventured forth, to go over a friends house to check on them, to find deserted streets and byways with a few tow trucks hauling away casualties of the morning commute. A most unusual scene for a northerner. Jerry
I think I can guess that you're quite happy to be in Florida at the moment Hank. I hope you get your health problems sorted out and that when you get back to Alabama the temperatures will have risen and the snow vanished.
