I need help with a question about my plant.
I know it sounds stupid, but do spiderplants perspire?
In the afternoon once my plants are in the sun their leaves get moisture droplets and I'm not what's happening.
Right now its 96 outside and the plants are behind a sun screen.
Hate to say it but I'm lost

Are you sure that you do not have aphids (little green guys under the leaf) they secrete sticky clear fluid or scale(small brown spots)? When they are young, before they settle down to a sedentary life scale secrete sticky drops that may look like sweat. Look under the leaves.

Ed, do check to make sure you don't have aphids, but yes plants do give off moisture. It may be so humid at your place that this moisture doesn't evaporate and is building up as little droplets.

If the droplets aren't sticky, it sounds like "Guttation" might be going on. My monstera does this now and then, as well as a pothos. Think of it as "excess" water the plant didn't need 8)
